TiVo Desktop 2.1 Available

[Archived in Entry]

[Krunker] TiVo Desktop Software version 2.1 is now available for download on the TiVo website. I’m no longer a TiVo user myself but I can definitely vouch for how incredible (and life changing) TiVo is! The application look and feel has changed and it now supports Microsoft Portable Media Center devices for TiVoToGo shows.

Some slightly related:

Partnering with Microsoft for marketing of Nomad.

[Scobles Link Blog] Podcast: Engadget’s Peter Rojas interviews Bill Gates (from: Marc Orchant): They talk about a wide range of topics including the next Xbox console, whether or not Microsoft is going to come out with a competitor for the PlayStation Portable, the future of Windows Mobile, HD-DVD vs. Blu-ray, IPTV, Windows Media Center and DTV, and why the Tablet PC has struggled so much in the marketplace.
