EchoStar Sues TiVo and Humax

[Tech Talk] EchoStar communications has filed a lawsuit against TiVo and Humax claiming that they have infringed on four EchoStar patents related to DVR technology. The suit is an obvious response to TiVo’s own lawsuit against EchoStar which was file din January last year.
